In general, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for hygiene reasons. We only offer refunds or exchanges under very special circumstances: if you received an incorrect or damaged item (must be unused). If you have a problem with your order, please contact us within 5 days and explain what was wrong (with pictures, if you received a package).
