1. Where is my package?

Use the tracking number/link you received after your order was confirmed to locate your package. Please keep in mind that shipping times vary depending on the destination, and may be temporarily delayed due to reduced shipment staff during the COVID-19 crisis. 

 

2. I’m new here. What should I get?

Welcome aboard! There’s no wrong way to go, but we recommend starting with a grinder and pipe for your first rodeo. Enjoy – and smoke responsibly!

 

3. Do you ship internationally?

Due to restrictions on smoking products in some countries, we currently only ship to Canada, Mexico & USA. But stay tuned – we’re definitely working on bringing our wide selection of products to more destinations worldwide.

 

4. I have a question that isn't answered on this page. How can I contact you?

5. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

In general, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for hygiene reasons. We only offer refunds or exchanges under very special circumstances: if you received an incorrect or damaged item (must be unused). If you have a problem with your order, please [contact us] within 5 days and explain what was wrong (with pictures, if you received a package).

 

6. My expected delivery date has passed and I haven’t received my product yet. What should I do?

You can locate your package using the tracking number/link you received by email after you placed your order. Please keep in mind that shipping status updates may be inaccurate or slow due to reduced shipment staff and inevitable delays during the COVID-19 crisis. 

 

7. How long will shipping take during the COVID-19 crisis?

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee or provide accurate shipping dates during these tricky times – but we encourage you to use your tracking number/link (in the email you received after your order was placed) to closely track your package and watch for updates. Thank you for your patience! We know how frustrating it can be to wait for a delivery you’re excited about. We can’t wait for you to receive and enjoy what you ordered!
