First things first: Yes, we are still shipping orders during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, there may be unexpected delays.

In the meantime, use your tracking number/link (emailed to you after your order was placed) to check on your package. Watch for updates, although they may be slow. 


If it has been more than 5 weeks since your expected delivery date, feel free to contact us and we can check on your package for you.
